These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ARIF.today (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Individual ebook purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the title through the Platform. Membership subscriptions (Standard and Premium) grant access to the catalogue for as long as your subscription remains active. Access to purchased or membership-included titles is not guaranteed indefinitely if a publisher removes a title from the Platform, though previously purchased titles will remain available to you where reasonably possible.
By submitting a title, you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights to publish and sell the work, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law. ARIF.today reserves the right to review, request changes to, reject, or remove any submitted content at its discretion, including after it has gone live.
Publishers are paid a royalty on sales and membership reads as described on the Platform and in their dashboard, which may be adjusted from time to time with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). ARIF.today does not store your full payment card details. You agree to the respective terms of these payment processors when making a purchase or receiving a payout.
You agree not to: upload content you do not have the rights to distribute; attempt to circumvent payment or access controls; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; some obligations (such as outstanding payouts or refund windows) may survive account closure.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARIF.today is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
